Terms of Service

FiniPad is a tool to record and organise your business finances. It is not an accountant, a tax advisor or a bank, and its reports do not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for meeting your own tax and legal obligations.

You must give accurate registration details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@finipad.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

Don't use FiniPad for anything unlawful, don't attempt to break or overload the service, don't reverse-engineer it, and don't resell it without our agreement.

The core app is free. Paid plans are billed through Apple or Google under their terms, and renew until cancelled. You can cancel in your app store account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the app store's policy.

Your business data is yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process, back up and display it to you and your invited team members, so we can run the service.

We aim to keep FiniPad available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the extent the law allows, FiniPad is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using FiniPad and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

We may update these terms; we'll give notice of material changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use FiniPad after a change means you accept the new terms.
